LightBox is looking for an Account Executive to help our customers solve their everyday business challenges and needs by leveraging the LightBox suite of technology and data solutions. Covering sates in the North East and Mid-Atlantic territories you will work with sales leadership and LightBox team members in a collaborative sales environment to identify target accounts, contact prospects, build interest virtually or in person, demonstrate LightBox solutions, and close the deal. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling data, technology and SaaS-solutions to Commercial Real Estate Brokers. You will have an entrepreneurial mindset, confidence, curiosity, and a solutions-based consultative approach to winning business.
What you will do and achieve:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of LightBox solutions and understand how they deliver value to the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage industry.
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to executing a sales plan and closing deals
In-Depth market research to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Meticulous follow up on a large volume of clients and deals in various stages of your pipeline
Forecast bookings accurately month over month using Salesforce.com
Execute within established sales metrics, including weekly activity and monthly booking numbers
This is an exempt position ranging from $75K to $90K plus commission based on a 40-hour work week
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or relevant work experience
Our customers are all Commercial Real Estate Sales Brokers – if you have been a sales broker or have sold to sales brokers YOU WILL STAND OUT as a candidate.
5+ years of experience in quota carrying sales role or relevant Commercial Real Estate Brokerage industry experience
Experience cold calling/emailing
Experience demoing and selling SaaS solutions and technology products
Experience performing or overperforming against KPIs
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach/SalesLoft, Excel, Powerpoint and Zoom is a plus
