Identifying future facilities demand through in-depth supply/ demand analysis.
Play a lead role in strategically important regional WP-I key projects. Measure and track space utilization, prepare supply/ demand studies, and propose alternative work place solutions and space allocation solutions that consider three, and five year scenarios.
Manage, support and facilitate the integration of Real estate, IT, and HR aspects of all projects.
Providing support to Real Estate Portfolio managers and their internal customers (business leaders) in planning, and communicating the change to a more mobile workstyle.
Support the various strategies including Portfolio planning, Feasibility studies, and Workplace innovation. Act as the content expert for the Workplace Innovation program in the region.
Identifying and justifying future projects for the Capital Plan, preparing comparative analysis of alternate solutions and preparing risk analysis. Also, prepare concept and funding approval presentations to Senior management and assure program and design consistency with corporate and departmental needs and partnering with Financial Planning to maintain alignment with the company's business plan.
Develops and maintains appropriate workplace standards/guidelines for space, furniture, and interior finishes.
Communicates the effects of real estate decisions on the business unit’s bottom line and provides feedback on business plans
Responsible for the assisting with establishment and development of Corporate Real Estate objectives and long-range strategic plans. Responsible for the identification of CRE strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities. Conducts studies for top management in areas such as the operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and operating cost containment for corporate real estate.
Be prepared to travel and work flexibly and remotely, when required, in order to support the requirements of this position.
Performs other duties as directed.
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Planning, Architecture, or equivalent. MBA is preferred.
Generally 6 to 10 years of experience in an organization in the field of real estate, facility management or project management. Preferably this includes specific experience in architectural design, alternative work environments, project management, cost estimating, and construction management. Also, experience in delivering alternative workplace solutions, remote management, virtual and distributed workforce and facilities operations will help.
Have oversight of project management process including partnering with external and internal partners and providers (i.e. architects, engineers, IT, HR, Security, FM, etc.).
Prefer related professional certifications such as: CPA, MCR (Manager of Corporate Real Estate), RPA (BOMA Real estate4 Property Administrator), FMA (Facility Management Administrator), CCIM, PMP (PMI Project Management Professional).
